Job Summary
Van's Home Center is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team! As a Sales Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the activities and schedules of the retail sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Continually strive to develop your sales team in areas of professional development ensuring that sales goal are met.
- Coach sales team to ensure that our sales process is followed and each opportunity is maximized
- Coordinate and/or schedule on-going sales training for our team
- Track, analyze, and share sales metrics and sales reports with the sales team, sales mangement, and ownership.
- Responsible for ensuring all shifts are covered in cases of illness, vacation, and employee no-shows or callouts.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales
- History in successfully leading a team.
- Solid coaching skills
- Experience attaining challenging sales goals.
- Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of sales principles

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
