Job Summary
Van's Home Center is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team! As a Sales Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the activities and schedules of the retail sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Continually strive to develop your sales team in areas of professional development ensuring that sales goal are met. 
  • Coach sales team to ensure that our sales process is followed and each opportunity is maximized
  • Coordinate and/or schedule on-going sales training for our team
  • Track, analyze, and share sales metrics and sales reports with the sales team, sales mangement, and ownership.
  • Responsible for ensuring all shifts are covered in cases of illness, vacation, and employee no-shows or callouts.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales
  • History in successfully leading a team.
  • Solid coaching skills
  • Experience attaining challenging sales goals.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Personable and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments 
  • Understanding of sales principles

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
